World Champagne Week
This October, the esteemed house of Champagne Guy Charbaut from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ brings the magic of Champagne to our shores.
At Maadhoo island, guests will have the rare opportunity to experience underwater-aged Champagne, with a limited selection of bottles matured beneath the ocean for over five months — a unique expression shaped by the Maldives’ natural environment.

Volcanic Elegance of Bodegas Viñátigo
In November, we warmly welcome back Bodegas Viñátigo, the visionary winemakers from Spain’s Canary Islands, whose vines grow in ancient volcanic soils. Their return offers a rare opportunity for guests to spend time with Juan Jesús Méndez, a leading name in Spanish wine and President of DOP Canary Wine, alongside Elena and Jorge Méndez of the celebrated family-run Tenerife winery.
- Guests will be invited to discover underwater-aged wines, with bottles matured beneath the ocean for up to 12 months — an extraordinary expression of volcanic terroir shaped by time and tide.
