Legacy of TRADITION INDOCEYLON is a curated culinary journey through the most-loved creations of the past decade - recipes inspired by guest favourites and refined by our chefs over the years. From 1 May to 30 June, enjoy rotating vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus featuring handpicked dishes from across India and Sri Lanka, thoughtfully served as a complete dining experience from soup and starter to main course and dessert.
