Notice

Due to the ongoing crisis and disruption to flights crossing over Middle East, following rebooking, cancellation and refund policies apply.

For Guests Arriving in March & April - Whose flight and reservations are affected by the ongoing closure of major transit hubs in the Middle East.

  • Late Cancellation Fee/Penalty will not apply and is allowed to cancel Free of Charge, contact your travel partner or contact the resort for more information.
  • Rebooking’s shall be subject to the prevailing rates and conditions of the new stay period.
  • Stay extensions for guests unable to leave while already here should approach our Resort Management for assistance

 

For Guests Making New Reservations - Reserved From 15th March 2026 Up to April 2026 for Stays up to June 2026

  • Revised cancellation policy applies with immediate effect. No cancellation penalty up to 3 Days Prior To Arrival.
  • Revised deposit policy applies with immediate effect for stays between 17 March 2026 and 30 June 2026: 100% deposit to be made only 3 Days Prior To Arrival.
  • Reservations made outside the above conditions will follow standard terms.
  • The resort reserves the right to review and amend the above conditions at any time.
