Due to current global conditions and increased booking changes, we are updating our flexible booking policy:
01). Guests arriving soon can rebook to a later date at the same rate and conditions.
02). Cancellations within the next 14 days that would normally be penalized can be cancelled free under force majeure.
03). For prepaid bookings in penalty, cancellations can be converted to credit for future use (refunds handled on a case-by-case basis).
04). Stay extensions are available at the original rate with a 20% discount, subject to availability (non-commissionable).
